I am not a vet but it looks like a dropped (torn) gracilis muscle. I have seen a few retired greyhounds with the same injury.

Not a vet here either (and this may amount to the same thing that Broodmama said) but it looks like the tendon holding that muscle in place has stretched or slipped.

Is she favoring that leg at all?

I replied to the GT thread. It's a torn muscle. Probably an old injury. Nothing to worry about. Kermits Hermit came to us with a balled up gracillus, which looked like a displaced 3rd testicle, it had been torn that badly, and was so high up. He was the fastest sprinter at Raynham, back when it was a real tough venue.
