....for the racing greys, that is 
Am I right in thinking a trainer might rub a greyhound down with some kind of linament after a race, or perhaps if muscles are sore?
Any insight greatly appreciated. Interested to know the answer then I will expand on this further Thanks.

I rubbed them down the day before, the day of (no linament) and the day after....and dogs competing in stakes races got a rubdown every day.....whirlpool baths are great adjuncts to rubdowns as well....or even a nice warm bathing, and as you lather them, you rub them down thoroughly.....they love it, and they run better.
