I pretty nuch got everything down, however, there's something that's got me mystified.

Going left to right, the 4th column over it has what I thought to be the dog's sex. Because at the top and about the fiorst 15 race entries, there's an "F" in place. More down the page, one would find an "S" and a "W". I guess my question is, what is that column?

Also, the second to last column...it shows other dogs' names', but, not Seq's. I was under the impression that's how the top 3 finish. My question then is...How do I read the order of finish?

Hey Coach

My guess is that the F is for the track condition - ie dry.

Reading the position - some lines give the names of the top 3 finishers at the end, but if Sequoia was in the top 3 herself then it lists the other 3 excl her - if that makes sense. The lines from The Woodlands are the same. Some other tracks just give the top 3 incl the dog you are looking at.

Look along the number to see where she finished - that will be the number followed by the distance, eg 1-4 (ie first place clear by 4 lengths) - the 3 dogs names listed at the end (and Seq isn't there right?) would have been the 2nd,3rd,4th finishers. If Seq. had come 2nd, those 3 dogs would be the 1st, 3rd, 4th finishers. You need to slot her in there yourself!

That's probably about as clear as mud! I'm sure you have some impressive stats there though!
